Description
History
San Giusto a Rentennano is a historic estate in Chianti Classico, among the early adopters of organic practices in the 2000s, certified since 2006. The 2023 vintage saw rigorous harvests, controlled yields, and healthy grapes hand‑picked in the upper reaches of the appellation. This Chianti Classico is fermented with measured processes and moderate oak aging, aiming to preserve the identity of typical Sangiovese and the Gaiole‑Tuscan terroir.
