Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of fresh citrus, green apple, white flowers, hazelnut and a strong mineral thread from the terroir. The palate shows elegant structure, creamy mousse, crisp acidity and a long, fresh and savoury finish—an outstanding sparkling wine for a grand occasion.
Food pairings
Ideal as a grand aperitif: shellfish, oysters, fish carpaccios; also with stylish main courses like saffron risotto with scampi, lemon herb chicken or soft-textured cheeses. The 3 L format makes it perfect for sharing or special events.
