Located in Mauves, Domaine Pierre Gonon is renowned for producing wines that faithfully reflect the character of the Saint-Joseph terroir. The 2023 vintage benefited from favorable climatic conditions, with optimal grape ripening, allowing the production of wines with great finesse and precision.

Production method
The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts. Fermentation occurs in wooden vats, followed by aging in oak barrels for approximately 12 months. The wine is bottled without filtration, preserving its integrity and complexity.
