Production method
The grapes come from young vineyards located in the lower parts of the valley, characterized by higher yields and larger grape clusters. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with about 15 days of skin contact, followed by 4 months of maturation in large oak casks. This process preserves the wine’s freshness and fruity expression.
