History
Located in the south-west area of the renowned Montalcino hill, in the town of Sant’Angelo in Colle, Il Poggione is located in an environment rich in woods and biodiversity. The vineyards benefit from sunny exposures and a gentle climate, influenced by the breezes of the Tyrrhenian Sea, which allow the Sangiovese grapes to reach a very intense and aromatic maturation.
