History
Founded in 2002 by Luca D’Attoma and Elena Celli, Duemani interprets the Maremma terroir with expressive, characterful wines. The Si Rosé is their exploration of Syrah in a rosé form, using spontaneous fermentation and amphora aging to enhance authenticity and complexity.

Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel followed by six months of maturation in cement amphorae, unfiltered to retain intensity and structure.

14%.
Tasting notes
Bright cherry-pink color. On the nose, notes of wild strawberry, cherry, and pink grapefruit emerge, with subtle spice and marine hints leading to a fresh, harmonious finish . On the palate it is lively, juicy, and mineral-driven, with a clean, lingering finish .
Suggested pairings
Serve at 10–12 °C. Ideal with seafood appetizers, sushi, grilled fish, fresh salads, and soft cheeses .
