From Stefano Farkas’ Valle di Lazzaro, this rosé is crafted on Elba’s historic terraced vineyards. The approach is natural, with heroic viticulture and spontaneous fermentation.

Gentle pressing, stainless steel fermentation with indigenous yeasts, short skin contact to preserve freshness and vibrant color. No oak aging.
