History

Florian Lauer, the current owner, is deeply committed to crafting wines that reflect the unique terroir while maintaining sustainable and artisanal practices.
Grapes Used
This wine is made exclusively from 100% Riesling grapes, handpicked to ensure the highest quality.
Production Method
The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed to preserve their freshness. Fermentation takes place in neutral oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop complexity without losing its vibrant character. The wine is then aged for a short period, enhancing its mineral and aromatic profile.
Alcohol Content
12% vol.
Tasting Notes
The wine presents a bright straw yellow color with greenish hues. On the nose, it reveals a complex bouquet of citrus fruits, green apple, white flowers, and subtle hints of flint. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with crisp acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish featuring lime and honey undertones.
Food Pairing
Excellent with raw fish dishes like sushi and sashimi, shellfish, oysters, and white meats in light sauces. It also pairs wonderfully with fresh or semi-aged cheeses and spicy Asian dishes.
Serving Temperature
Serve between 8 and 10°C to fully appreciate its characteristics.
