History
Produced by the renowned Domaine Weinbach, located in the heart of Alsace, this Riesling is named after Colette Faller, a key figure in the winery’s history. Cuvée Colette pays tribute to her dedication and passion for viticulture.
Production method
The grapes come from vineyards located in the lower parts of the Grand Cru Schlossberg, characterized by light, sandy soils. Fermentation occurs in oak foudres with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging in the same containers, allowing the wine to develop its complexity and structure.
