History
Ricci Curbastro is a historic name in Franciacorta, deeply involved in traditional method winemaking. The estate respects its terroir and grape varieties through low yields, hand harvesting and careful vinification. The Brut cuvée encapsulates the house style: elegant, precise and approachable, yet full of character.

Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Bianco
Vinification
Traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle. Initial fermentations in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by extended lees ageing and a carefully balanced Brut dosage to harmonise freshness and structure. Additional bottle ageing ensures integration and harmony.

Approx. 12.5%
Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow with fine and persistent perlage. Aromas of green apple, citrus, white flowers and subtle bread crust. On the palate: fresh, balanced with bright acidity, good structure and a clean, sapid finish that invites another sip.
Food pairings
Excellent with seafood starters, oysters, shellfish, sushi and sashimi, baked fish, delicate risottos, light vegetarian dishes and fresh cheeses. Also perfect as an elegant aperitif sparkle.
