Description
History
Situated in Cecione, Panzano (350–500 m elevation), this estate was taken over by Renzo Marinai in 1996 and quickly converted to organic farming, guided by enologist Giovanni Cappelli. The vineyards, meticulously tended at low yields, produce grapes of remarkable quality. Fermentation and aging are carried out in traditional large casks and cement tanks within an ancient medieval cellar, focusing on respect for varietal purity.
