History
Founded in the 1930s by Pierre Ramonet, the estate is now managed by his grandsons Jean-Claude and Noël. Located in Chassagne-Montrachet, at the heart of the Côte de Beaune, Domaine Ramonet is renowned for producing top-quality white wines that authentically express the terroir.

Production method
Grapes from vines over 35 years old on limestone soils are hand-harvested. After gentle pressing, the must ferments with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels, about 30% of which are new. The wine is aged for 12-18 months on fine lees, with limited bâtonnage, preserving its purity and complexity.

Ideal with fish dishes, shellfish, white meats, and soft cheeses. Also perfect with Tuscan cuisine, such as porcini mushroom risotto.
