Description
History
Produced in the heart of the Prosecco DOC denomination, this sparkling wine represents the excellence of Venetian winemaking tradition. Vallis Mareni, a winery located in Miane, in the province of Treviso, combines passion and innovation in producing high-quality wines.
Grapes used
Glera, Verdiso, Perera.
Production method
Vinification using the Charmat method, with fermentation in autoclave at controlled temperature for about 30-40 days, followed by aging for 1-3 months. The wine has a residual sugar content of approximately 16.2 g/l and total acidity of 5.7 g/l.

11% vol.
Tasting notes

Nose: Floral aromas of acacia and rose, with fruity notes of yellow apple, ripe pear, and melon.
