Description
History
Founded in 1958, the Produttori del Barbaresco cooperative brings together small growers from the Barbaresco appellation to produce wines that express the collective identity of this historic region. Their Barbaresco draws from vineyards in Barbaresco, Neive, Treiso and parts of Alba, offering a terroir-rich profile with strong ties to local tradition. The 2022 vintage delivered well-balanced ripening and wines with vibrancy and ageing potential.

Nebbiolo 100%
Vinification
Hand-harvested grapes are fermented in stainless steel with controlled temperatures and a carefully managed maceration to extract colour, aromatics and structure. After natural malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for at least 12 months in traditional oak casks followed by additional bottle ageing to complete integration of aroma and structure.

Tasting notes
Bright garnet red. Aromas of ripe red fruit, cherry, raspberry, subtle rose petal, delicate spice and hints of forest floor. On the palate: elegant and harmonious with refined tannins, lively acidity and a persistent finish featuring fruit and spice echoes. A Barbaresco with balance and appeal without sacrificing depth.
Food pairings
Pairs beautifully with roasted red meats, braised dishes, light game, tajarin with ragù, porcini mushrooms, aged cheeses and traditional Piedmontese cuisine. Also excellent for contemplative tasting.
