Tasting notes
Bright and delicate pink in colour. The nose offers fragrant aromas of red berries, wild strawberry and fresh cherry, complemented by subtle floral and citrus nuances. The palate is fresh, lively and juicy, with crisp fruit, pleasant savouriness and a dry, persistent finish. An immediately appealing rosé whose freshness enhances the naturally fruity character of Canaiolo.
Food pairings
Excellent as an aperitif and highly versatile with food. It pairs beautifully with Tuscan starters, delicate cured meats, crostini, summer pasta dishes, pizza, vegetables, grilled fish and white meats. It is also an excellent choice for Mediterranean cuisine, mildly spiced dishes and informal shared meals during the warmer months.
