History
Mosnel is a historic estate in the Franciacorta region, internationally celebrated for top-quality traditional method sparkling wines. The EBB (Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs) project aims to highlight Chardonnay in purity with minimal dosage, emphasizing freshness, minerality and fruit purity. The 2018 harvest benefited from excellent climatic conditions, producing well-balanced acidity and mature fruit ideal for expressive, long-living sparkling wines.

Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow with very fine and persistent bubbles. Aromas of ripe citrus, green apple, white flowers, bread crust and subtle notes of dried fruit. On the palate: elegant and vibrant with bright acidity, well-defined structure, refined minerality and a long, harmonious, savoury finish.
