Description
History
Mongarda is a winery located in the heart of the Valdobbiadene hills, a prime area for quality Prosecco production. Vineyards on gentle slopes provide ideal conditions for Glera to develop delicate aromas and persistent freshness. The Brut style strikes a pleasing balance between fruit, acidity and structure, reflecting the Valdobbiadene terroir.

Vinification
Produced via the Charmat-Martinotti method: fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve freshness and varietal aromatics. Secondary fermentation and ageing on lees in autoclave for a calibrated period add roundness and fine perlage.

Approx. 11.5%
Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of green apple, white flowers, citrus and light notes of white fruit. On the palate: fresh and savoury with lively acidity, a sleek body and a clean, inviting finish.
Food pairings
Excellent as an elegant aperitif, pairing beautifully with seafood starters, shellfish, sushi, summer salads, light first courses and fresh cheeses. Also ideal with spicy Asian dishes and refined vegetarian fare.
