History

The aging lasts 15 months in French oak barriques, of which 66% are new, with frequent decanting. It stands out for its intense notes of black and red fruit such as blackcurrant and blackberry, enriched with pleasant floral and spicy accents.

Ruby red colour. On the nose notes of black and red fruit such as blackcurrant and blackberry, enriched by pleasant floral and spicy accents. In the mouth it is fleshy and generous, immediately highlighting a delicious and creamy structure. The roundness of the wine is balanced by the fresh acidity of the fruit, while maintaining an extremely refined tannic texture.

Perfect with structured first courses or second courses based on red meat or game, even cooked for a long time, or with medium-aged cheeses.
