The Belguardo estate is located in the heart of Maremma Toscana, a region characterized by stunning landscapes and unique conditions for winemaking. The Mazzei family, with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1435, enhances Ciliegiolo with an innovative approach while respecting the local terroir.

Production Method
The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully vinified to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. After controlled fermentation in stainless steel, the wine undergoes a short aging process to highlight its natural fragrance and harmony.

Tasting Notes
It features a bright ruby red color. The nose reveals aromas of fresh red fruits, such as cherry and strawberry, complemented by floral and spicy hints. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, with velvety tannins and a long, pleasantly fruity finish.
Suggested Pairings
Perfect with light dishes such as bruschetta, cured meats, and fresh cheeses, it pairs beautifully with hearty first courses like pici with ragù or vegetable-based pasta dishes. Excellent with white meats and grilled foods.
