Description
History
Lona Ester, located in the Cembra Valley (Trentino-Alto Adige), works terraced high-altitude vineyards where the alpine setting fosters significant thermal shifts and slow ripening. The Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut cuvée is one of the estate’s flagship wines: low yields, extended lees ageing (over 40 months in recent releases), and a style that emphasizes fruit purity and terroir mineral expression. The 2021 vintage, balanced and shaped by favourable conditions, allows the wine to perform with elegance and precision.
