History
Thibault Liger-Belair, a renowned Burgundian winemaker, is celebrated for his ability to blend tradition with modernity in crafting high-quality wines. The Les Deux Terres project stems from a desire to unite two iconic wine regions: Burgundy and Beaujolais. The result is a wine that celebrates the diversity of terroirs, crafted with artisanal and environmentally respectful practices.

Production method
- Harvest: Handpicked, with rigorous grape selection to ensure the highest quality.
- Vinification: Whole-cluster fermentation in cement tanks, followed by a long maceration to enhance aromas and structure.
- Aging: Aged in oak barrels for 12 months, with a small percentage of new oak to add complexity.

13% vol.
Tasting notes
- Color: Bright ruby red.
- Aroma: Fresh red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, with floral notes, sweet spices, and a hint of earthy undertones.
- Taste: Fresh and juicy, with silky tannins, good acidity, and a long, mineral finish. The balance between Gamay and Pinot Noir provides an elegant and dynamic profile.
Possible pairings
Perfect with white meats, poultry, elaborate vegetarian dishes, and soft cheeses. Also excellent with cured meats and vegetable-based appetizers.
