History
Alain Jaume is a renowned producer from the Rhône Valley, celebrated for the quality and elegance of his wines. Les Champauvins, made in the Côtes du Rhône, benefits from stony soils and a Mediterranean climate, which lend the wine complexity and distinctive character. Production method
- Harvest: Handpicked, with rigorous selection of the best grapes.
- Vinification: Fermented in cement vats at controlled temperatures to enhance freshness and aromas.
- Aging: Aged for several months in cement vats and partially in oak barrels to add structure and softness.

Tasting notes
- Color: Deep ruby red with violet highlights.
- Aroma: Aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, with notes of spices, black pepper, and hints of Mediterranean herbs.
- Taste: Structured and harmonious, with soft tannins, good acidity, and a long, spicy finish.
Possible pairings
Perfect with grilled red meats, game, stews, and aged cheeses. Also excellent with Provençal cuisine dishes.
