Description
History
Founded in 1872 in Épernay, Maison Leclerc Briant is a pioneer of organic and biodynamic viticulture in Champagne. Since 2012, under the guidance of winemaker Hervé Jestin, the house has further elevated the quality of its cuvées, emphasizing purity and terroir.

40% Pinot Noir
40% Pinot Meunier
20% Chardonnay
Production method
Grapes are sourced from vineyards cultivated using organic and biodynamic practices. Fermentation occurs partly in stainless steel and partly in oak barrels (20%), followed by 3 years of aging on lees. The dosage is 4.5 g/l, classifying it as Extra Brut.

12% vol.
Tasting notes
Color: Bright straw yellow with golden reflections.
Nose: Aromas of green apple, citrus, toasted brioche, and mineral notes.
Palate: Fresh and vibrant, with fine bubbles and a long, savory finish.
Possible pairings
Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with seafood, oysters, sushi, and fresh cheeses.
