From Firriato’s Cavanera Etnea estate, this rosé is an authentic expression of Etna Rosato. Hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed with controlled maceration, in a natural, territory-respecting process.

Soft pressing with 3 hours skin contact, stainless steel fermentation, ~3 months sur lie aging with daily bâtonnage.

Delicate pink. Aromas of raspberry and pomegranate. Harmonious palate with bright freshness, mineral undertones, and a long, persistent finish.
