Description
History
Le Cinciole is a winery located in Panzano in Chianti, producing wines from organically farmed vineyards. The 2022 Chianti Classico is sourced from plots with east‑southeast exposure, on galestro and clay soils with stones; fermentation takes place spontaneously in concrete vats, followed by alternating aging in large oak barrels and neutral tanks to balance structure, freshness and minerality.

Tasting notes
Medium ruby red. On the nose: red fruits like cherry and raspberry, rose petals, delicate spice, earthy and mildly bitter notes. On the palate: lively acidity, firm but gentle tannins, medium body, and a harmonious persistent finish with fruit echoes and subtle spice.
Food pairing
Great with Tuscan ragù pasta, grilled meats, light game, rustic sauces, semi‑aged cheeses. Serve at 16‑18 °C, with light aeration to enhance aromas and texture.
