History
Michele Chiarlo started the company in 1956 in Calamandrana, in the heart of Asti, debuting with his first Barolo in 1958. Over the following years, the winery, strictly managed by the family, significantly expanded its presence thanks to important acquisitions of land in the best areas of the Langhe, obtaining lands in Cerequio and Cannubi in 1987 and 1989. Currently, the company extends over approximately 110 hectares of vineyards.
