History
Anna and her husband Franco left their job as an advertising graphic designer to create the current company in 1989; today, after more than 30 years, they have planted vineyards, refined their techniques, conquered the market and their son Federico also runs the company with passion and commitment.

Production method
The vineyards are located on fairly high vineyards (about 500m above sea level) and therefore predisposed to great aromas. The grapes are harvested towards the second half of September, by hand in boxes in order to maintain the aromas. The vinification then takes place in white, therefore without contact with the skins, at an uncontrolled temperature. The wine then undergoes a period of refinement in steel and in the bottle before being released for sale.

Tasting notes
It appears in the glass with an intense straw yellow color. On the nose white flowers, yellow and exotic fruit, wild herbs, in a very elegant succession. In the mouth medium body, good aroma and final persistence.
Possible pairings
Perfect with delicate white meats flavored with aromas and some spices.
