Description
History
Produced by L’Acero in Radda in Chianti, born from enologist Mauro Bennati’s dream and developed by his family. “Piosse” comes from 23–32‑year‑old organically farmed vines, cordon-trained, hand-harvested, with controlled yields, yielding about 2,600 bottles.

Trebbiano 50%, Malvasia 45%, Vermentino 5%
Vinification
Morning harvest, whole-cluster pressing, 4-day cold pre-fermentation, followed by stainless steel fermentation to retain freshness, aromatic clarity, and minerality.

Tasting notes
Straw yellow. Intense aromas of white fruit, delicate florals, and subtle minerality. On the palate: bright acidity, persistent, and elegantly harmonious.
Food pairings
Ideal with seafood, shellfish, summer appetizers, vegetable risottos, and fresh cheeses. Also excellent as a refined aperitif.
