History
Stefano Amerighi, a renowned producer from Cortona, collaborated with Basile Passe and Yoan Tavares of Vin des Potes to create this unique cuvée. The Vin des Potes project aims to highlight the work of European winemakers through collaborative cuvées, promoting sustainable farming practices and natural winemaking.

Production method
The grapes, cultivated according to biodynamic principles, are hand-harvested in two distinct moments to achieve different ripeness levels. The vinification involves spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without temperature control and with a maceration of about 30 days. The wine ages for 20 months in concrete and tronconic vats, without filtration and with minimal use of sulfites.
