Tasting notes
The Kab 2022 exhibits an intense ruby-red color. The nose reveals aromas of dark flowers, ripe fruit, and vegetal and herbaceous notes. On the palate, it is taut, vibrant, and intense, with present tannins, citrus echoes, and a good final persistence.
Food pairings
It pairs perfectly with pasta dishes and main courses featuring red meat, such as pappardelle with wild boar, bistecca alla fiorentina, or roasts. Also excellent with aged cheeses and mushroom-based dishes.
