Vinification
Hand-harvested grapes are fermented with temperature control in stainless steel to preserve freshness and varietal aromas. After fermentation there is a brief ageing on fine lees to build texture and roundness without intrusive oak influence. The wine rests in bottle before release to harmonise aromas and balance.

Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow. Aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as apple and pear, sweet citrus, white flowers and subtle minerality. On the palate: fresh and savory with well-balanced acidity, medium body and a clean, pleasant finish that invites another sip.
Food pairings
Pairs beautifully with seafood starters, shellfish, sushi and sashimi, grilled fish, summer salads, delicate risottos and fresh cheeses. Also great as a light everyday wine for informal dinners.
