Description
History
Il Castellaccio is located in Greve in Chianti, deeply rooted in its land. The “Coste di Olinto” name references the best slopes (“coste”) of the estate, where vineyard exposures and drainage are optimal. In 2022, the Riserva was crafted with strict grape selection, controlled fermentations and extended aging before release.

Deep ruby red with garnet hues. Aromas of black cherry, plum, sweet spices, tobacco and an elegant mineral note. On the palate it is full and enveloping, with ripe tannins, robust acidity, structured body and a long, persistent finish with echoes of mature fruit and spice.
Food pairing
Pairs beautifully with roast beef, braised meats, game, savory Tuscan dishes and aged cheeses. Serve at 18 °C, with decanting recommended.
