Description
History
I Mandorli is a wine estate located in Suvereto (Livorno), known for natural and biodynamic practices. The 2024 Vermentino comes from vineyards facing northeast, surrounded by native Mediterranean shrubland, managed with the aim of preserving varietal identity and fruit purity. According to product listings, it is vinified in vitrified cement tanks to emphasize typicity and freshness.

Tasting notes
Straw yellow with golden hues. On the nose: white-fleshed fruit, chamomile, thyme and acacia honey, with elegant saline undertones. On the palate it is lively, with well-balanced acidity, a saline touch and a persistent finish evoking the marine breeze.
Food pairing
Wonderful with seafood starters, shellfish, clam risottos, baked fish, delicate white meats and fresh cheeses. Serve at 10‑12 °C.
