Production Method
The Moscato pomace, sourced from the 2005 harvest, was meticulously distilled to preserve the grape’s characteristic aromas. The resulting grappa was then aged for 18 years in a single oak barrel, allowing a slow evolution of aromas and flavors, transforming the fresh floral notes into more mature and complex nuances.

Tasting Notes
Visually, the grappa is crystal-clear. On the nose, the initial floral and citrus notes of Moscato evolve into intense and mature hints of cooked fruit and raisins. Despite the extended aging, it maintains a lively freshness, enriched by subtle tertiary nuances. The palate reveals a silky and velvety texture, offering a round and enveloping sip. The finish is long and persistent, with a delicate balance between complexity and softness, making it ideal for contemplative moments.
