Description
History
Founded in 1980 by Marisa Cuomo and Andrea Ferraioli, the winery is located in Furore, a small village on the Amalfi Coast. With the goal of enhancing native varieties and the unique terroir of the area, the winery produces wines that reflect tradition and innovation. The vineyards, cultivated on steep terraces, benefit from a particular microclimate that gives the wines distinctive characteristics.

Production method

The grapes are hand-harvested in the second ten days of October.

After destemming and crushing, the must ferments with maceration for 12 days.

This is followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in second-use French oak barriques for 6 months.
