Description
History
The Fiorduva is the flagship wine of Cantina Marisa Cuomo, located in the picturesque village of Furore on the Amalfi Coast. This wine comes from vineyards cultivated on dolomitic-limestone rocks at altitudes ranging from 200 to 550 meters above sea level. The artisanal and tradition-respecting approach makes Fiorduva a symbol of Italian winemaking excellence.

Production Method
The overripe grapes are hand-harvested and carefully processed to preserve their quality. After a gentle pressing, the must ferments in oak barrels at a controlled temperature (12°C) for about three months. This process enhances the wine’s complexity and depth.
