History
Founded in 1782 by Valentino Fiegl, the Fiegl winery is located in Oslavia, at the heart of Collio, one of Friuli Venezia Giulia’s most renowned wine regions. For generations, the Fiegl family has been dedicated to producing high-quality wines, blending tradition with innovation. Today, under the leadership of brothers Alessio, Giuseppe, and Rinaldo, along with the new generation represented by Martin, Robert, and Matej, the company continues to honor the territory through sustainable practices and meticulous attention in both vineyard and cellar.

Production method
The grapes are hand-harvested towards the end of September. Vinification is carried out off-the-skins, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine then matures on fine lees in the same containers until bottling, preserving the freshness and aromatic integrity of the variety.

Color: Straw-yellow with golden highlights.

Nose: Floral aromas of white flowers, fruity notes of green apple and almond.

Possible pairings
Ideal with San Daniele prosciutto, mixed appetizers of cured meats and cheeses, flavorful first courses like cheese gnocchi, and fish-based dishes. Also perfect as an aperitif on spring and summer evenings.
