Description
History
The “Famiglia Farina” project launched in 2015 to evoke the authentic Amarone produced since 1968. A symbolic wine of family memory and tradition, reinterpreted with modern techniques of grape drying, fermentation in cement, and ageing in Slavonian oak barrels and bottle.
Grape variety
Corvina 70%, Corvinone 10%, Rondinella 10%, Molinara 10%
Vinification
Grapes are dried in a fruttaio for about 100 days, fermented in steel and cement, then aged for at least 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels (20–30 hl), followed by bottle ageing without filtration.

Tasting notes
Ruby red with garnet reflections. On the nose it shows ethereal, spicy notes of cherry, fruit in alcohol, spices, cocoa, and balsamic hints. On the palate it is dry, warm, velvety, with great structure, refined elegance, and balance.
Food pairing
Perfect with flavorful dishes such as game, roasts, braised meat, and aged cheeses.
