Established in 2002 by Luca D’Attoma and Elena Celli, Duemani’s Cifra reflects the estate’s signature terroir. Planted on sea-facing limestone soils, it captures the unique coastal influence and the winemakers’ commitment to sustainability and authenticity.

Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation in unlined cement tanks, followed by aging in cement and amphorae, with no filtration. The result is a wine of pure varietal character, textured depth, and aromatic intensity .

Tasting notes
Medium-deep ruby with purple hues. Aromas of red and dark berries (blackberry, plum), green herbal notes and Mediterranean scrub, with gentle spice (licorice, pepper) and a mineral undertone. On the palate it’s rich, balanced, with velvety tannins, fresh acidity, and a savory-spicy finish .
