Description
History
The Dom Pérignon Maison, part of the Moët & Chandon group, produces only vintage Champagnes, using only the best grapes from a single year. The 2008 Vintage was particularly anticipated and celebrated for its superior quality, resulting from ideal climatic conditions and careful winemaking.
Grape varieties
50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay.
Vinification and aging
The wine was aged on lees for about 8 years, with a dosage of 5 g/l, and did not undergo malolactic fermentation, thus preserving its natural freshness and acidity.
Alcohol content
12.5% vol.
Tasting notes
Color: Bright golden yellow with green reflections.
Nose: Complex and luminous bouquet, with notes of white flowers, citrus, stone fruit, anise, and mint.
Palate: Elegant and precise structure, with lively acidity and marked minerality, leading to a long and persistent finish.

Perfect with seafood, shellfish, sushi, foie gras, and soft cheeses.
