Tasting notes
Pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of stone fruit, tangerine peel, buttered toast, pear, almond, clear honey, white flowers, and herbal notes like mint and vetiver. On the palate, it offers a seamless balance of creamy texture, vibrant acidity, and mineral tension. Flavors of syrupy peach, almond, candied ginger, and a refined, saline finish echo its complexity and elegance .
