Description
History
Omina Romana is based in the hills of the Castelli Romani in Velletri and focuses on precision viticulture, volcanic soils and international varieties reinterpreted through the character of Lazio. The cuvée Diana Nemorensis takes its name from the goddess Diana, protector of forests and waters, and embodies the encounter between Bordeaux grapes and the freshness of this unique terroir. The 2020 vintage stands out for its balance, ideal grape ripeness and refined tannic structure.

Ruby red with garnet highlights. The nose reveals ripe plum, blackcurrant, sweet spices, Mediterranean herbs and a touch of cocoa. On the palate it is round, smooth, with soft tannins, fresh acidity and a long, harmonious finish with fruity and herbal echoes.
Food pairings
Perfect with roasts, grilled red meats, light game, mushrooms and aged cheeses. Also excellent enjoyed on its own to appreciate its structure and elegance.
