Description
History
Independent vigneron Damien Hugot, based in Épernay, cultivates 8 hectares of vineyards, primarily in the Grand Cru villages of Chouilly and Cramant, at the heart of the Côte des Blancs. With an annual production of approximately 55,000 bottles, Damien personally oversees each stage of winemaking, blending tradition and precision to best express the terroir.
