Description
History
Located in the municipality of Lhomme, in the central-northern part of the Loire Valley, this family-run company, founded in 1995, manages approximately twenty hectares of vineyards cultivated with certified organic methods, also obtaining biodynamic certification in 2011.

Production method
The must is left to naturally decant cold. The alcoholic fermentation, carried out with indigenous yeasts, takes place in barriques, followed by 12 months aging on the fine lees in wooden barrels.

Tasting notes
Golden yellow color. On the nose, the aromatic bouquet releases fresh aromas of wild flowers and white pulp fruit, accompanied by mineral notes. On the palate, the light residual sugar is balanced by a marked freshness, offering a harmonious and full-bodied taste, with a savory and persistent finish.
Possible combinations
Perfect in combination with seafood and fish, chicken and pork dishes, up to goat cheeses and oriental cuisine.
