History
Nature and technology blend harmoniously in Vigneti Repetto, a project that aims to use the most modern techniques to minimize the use of sulphites and harmful substances, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, aiming for completely sustainable agriculture. Gian Paolo Repetto and Marina decided to vinify Timorasso with the help of an innovative winemaker, VinoOxygen, developed by a Piedmontese start-up. The company extends over 26 hectares of which 18 are vineyards at about 300 meters above sea level, with excellent exposure and on clayey calcareous soils of the marls of Sant’Agata Fossili.

Production method
Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with the exclusive use of indigenous yeasts. An innovative winemaker is used, the VinoOxygen, which allows winemaking without the need for racking, thus reducing sulphites to a minimum without compromising quality and drastically limiting water consumption for washing after racking.

Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow color, with golden reflections. On the nose it offers aromas of white peach and bergamot, accompanied by notes of acacia and light nuances of flint. On the palate it is fresh, savory and with a pleasant momentum.

Perfect with white meats, shellfish, cheeses, fried foods and seafood.
