Description
History
Founded in 1880, Maison Joseph Drouhin is a symbol of excellence in Burgundy. Clos des Mouches, located between the communes of Beaune and Pommard, is one of the region’s most prestigious Premier Cru vineyards. The name derives from the bees (“mouches” in old French) that populated the area’s flowers. The Clos des Mouches Rouge represents one of the finest expressions of Pinot Noir, resulting from sustainable viticulture and traditional winemaking.
