The Giacomo Grassi Agricultural Company, located in Greve in Chianti, is a family-run business that combines tradition and innovation. Founded in the early 2000s, the company completely renovated its vineyards and olive groves between 2001 and 2009, focusing on quality and respect for the land.

Production method
The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified using traditional methods. The wine is aged in oak barrels for an extended period, followed by further aging in the bottle to ensure complexity and harmony.
