Description
History
Founded in 1954, Maison Sanchez Le Guédard is located in Cumières, in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. With a vineyard area of 5 hectares, the estate has been managed by successive generations of the family, practicing responsible viticulture through manual soil work and grass cover, respecting the environment and their terroir. Since 2016, the vineyards have been certified organic, reflecting the family’s commitment to sustainable production.

- 100% Pinot Noir
Production method
The grapes come from the “Clos Sainte Hélène” vineyard in Cumières, classified as Premier Cru. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, with malolactic fermentation completed. The wine ages on lees for at least 5 years, developing complexity and aromatic depth. The dosage is 5 g/l, classifying it as Brut.

Tasting notes
In the glass, it displays a golden yellow color with bright reflections and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose reveals ripe aromas of white fruits and citrus, accompanied by notes of brioche and hazelnut. On the palate, it is structured and complex, with a harmonious balance and a pleasant velvety sensation, culminating in a long and refined finish.
Possible pairings
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs excellently with fish dishes, tartare, and delicate cheeses. Also ideal with white meat dishes and refined gastronomic preparations.
