History
The Legret & Fils Maison, based in Talus-Saint-Prix in the Marne Valley, is renowned for crafting Champagnes with great character. With a focus on sustainability and artisanal methods, the Legret family combines respect for the terroir with innovative techniques. The 2008 vintage is a tribute to one of Champagne’s finest years.

- 30% Pinot Noir
- 30% Chardonnay
Production method
This Champagne is made from carefully selected Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir grapes from the family’s vineyards. Following traditional vinification, the wine is aged on lees for over 10 years, ensuring depth and complexity. The decision to forgo sugar addition (zero dosage) highlights the wine’s natural purity and balance.

Tasting notes
On the nose, aromas of dried fruits, candied citrus, and subtle toasted notes emerge. On the palate, it is fresh and mineral, with a creamy structure and a long, intense finish featuring hints of almond and honey.
Possible pairings
Perfect with gourmet dishes such as shellfish, fish tartare, or seafood risotto. Also excellent with aged cheeses or as the centerpiece of a refined dinner.
