Grape variety
Sangiovese 100% (or predominantly Sangiovese typical of Chianti Classico blends)
Vinification
Hand-harvested grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Extended maceration extracts colour, tannins and varietal aromas. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel and/or medium-sized wooden barrels to preserve fruit, structure and freshness, followed by bottle rest before release.
Alcohol content
Approx. 13.5%
Tasting notes
Bright ruby red. Aromas of red fruits (cherry, plum), subtle floral notes and delicate spice, with hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate: fresh, harmonious and well-balanced with soft tannins, lively acidity and a persistent finish echoing fruit and spice.
Food pairings
Pairs wonderfully with ragù pastas, grilled white meats, light roasts, charcuterie, gourmet pizza and semi-aged cheeses. Also excellent with Tuscan regional dishes and refined Mediterranean cuisine.
